Who We Are
We are Danielle and Madison, two sisters focused on delivering high quality childcare to the New Orleans area. Danielle, 28, is a seasoned nanny with 15 years of hands-on childcare experience - from date nights, full-time weekly care, to care in a licensed childcare facility. Madison, 13, is entering the business having taken a Red Cross course for infant and child first aid. She also has hands-on experience with infants and toddlers through caring for her nephews.

The Process
Whether your family needs an occasional sitter for date nights or full-time childcare, Danielle will work with you to create a custom plan so you feel confident that time spent with our sitters is time well spent. This includes age-appropriate activities to further your child’s development and creativity through play and learning. Following care from Sisters Nannying Co., you will receive a completed form showing how the time caring for your little ones went - from times listed for diaper changes and meals to progress made on learning objectives. Our goal is to cater care to your family’s individuality and provide your little ones with fun, imaginative play and learning.
For example, if your toddler loves to read and paint, we will help foster that in our time together. We could provide a new art project each visit, along with quality time reading together to build their confidence in identifying letters and sounds in words. This could culminate to us working together to create a short ABC book of our own, made of your child’s painted pictures and short words.

Danielle
Danielle, 28, is a childcare provider with 15 years of hands-on experience with all ages and a passion for education and development. She has worked with kids through nannying, facilitating museum education programs, and licensed childcare facilities. Her work experience also covers people management and hospitality, which influences her strategies to work as a team with parents to provide the best care possible.
Madison
Madison, 13, is a babysitter who has completed her initial Red Cross first aid course. She has hands-on infant and toddler experience, and loves bringing fun and creativity to the children she cares for! In her spare time, she enjoys singing through our local School of Rock.
